Before this program, I thought I was in good shape. I worked out at least 3-4 days a week, never ate or cooked processed foods and had already eliminated milk, soy and other harsh things from my diet. A lot of my medical issues had died down as well. I thought, why does someone like me need a Reset Program?
What I discovered during the program was even though I was healthier on the surface, I never resolved the deep, underlying issues of what caused my hyperthyroidism and hypoglycemia three or so years ago. I was feeling better with the medications I was on, but making slow progress. Every now and then I’d feel dizzy, nauseous and completely exhausted during workouts.
I had excellent results doing a 15 Day Reset Program with Mary. What I loved about it is it’s not a diet. You eat a lot of food and get full. What I did was follow a menu of natural, whole healing foods I typically cook and my family loves anyway. At the end of the day, Mary’s program works! I just turned 50 and I feel better now than when I was 19 and in college. I have energy, I sleep well, I’m happy, I’m working out even more without getting light headed, dizzy or drained. I’m loving, not dreading, it. Even more important: I was able to take myself off of a dangerous hypoglycemia drug with my doctor’s permission. As an athlete and group fitness instructor, you’d think weight gain wouldn’t be a problem for me. That changed after a surgery in November 2014. I was steadily gaining weight no matter what I did. Over the course of about 4 months, I gained over 20 pounds. It didn’t matter if I exercised, cut calories, or ate more protein and less carbs. I couldn’t lose a single pound.
While I was recovering from surgery and not training, I wasn’t well-rested at all. In fact, I was exhausted and felt like I was in a fog all the time. My hair was breaking and falling out. I was constantly cold. My strength was slipping away. My skin was dry and peeling and my fingernails were brittle and breaking apart. I didn’t sleep well and was irritable, angry and couldn’t get a grip on my reaction to things.

I began working with her in September 2015 as part of this group workshop focusing on fatigue, weight gain, adrenal support, menopause and thyroid issues.
Mary’s approach is a whole food, whole body and whole spirit picture. Once we understood that, she began teaching us how to use whole foods and nutrition to heal our bodies. Her knowledge base goes way beyond what you’d expect to get from a nutritionist. I’ve been to several in the past and she blew me away with how much more she knows and understands. I’m continuing on with Mary one-on-one so we can really drill down into my specific issues and needs.
Through Mary’s knowledge and guidance, I’ve been able to make changes that have set me back on a path to feeling healthy and whole again. My moods are balanced again. I’m sleeping better. My hair is no longer falling out. My skin is no longer dry and peeling. My nails are stronger. I’m physically stronger and have more energy than I’ve had in years.
I’ve never come across anyone who is as knowledgeable and practical as Mary. I can’t put a price tag on the value she’s given to me. Her workshop was worth every single cent! I recommend her to everyone who’s struggling with any of the symptoms I had.
